Why Intern at KIND?

KIND (Kingdom Impact Network & Discipleship) is a growing Christian nonprofit committed to connecting people to Christ, to one another, and to their local community. We are building bridges between faith and action through strategic outreach, leadership development, and community partnerships.

Interning at KIND means more than completing tasks — it means helping build systems from the ground up. As a startup-phase organization, interns gain real ownership and hands-on experience in marketing strategy, fundraising development, and digital growth initiatives that directly impact organizational expansion.

At KIND, interns:

  • Contribute to real strategic projects, not busywork
  • Help design and implement marketing and fundraising plans
  • Build portfolio-ready campaigns and professional deliverables
  • Receive direct mentorship and leadership exposure
  • Develop experience in nonprofit and faith-based organizational growth

We value initiative, creativity, integrity, and a heart for service. Students who thrive at KIND are self-starters who enjoy building, problem-solving, and contributing meaningfully to a mission-driven organization.

This is an opportunity to gain high-level strategic experience while helping create lasting community impact.

If you are passionate about leadership, community connection, and faith-driven service, we would love to hear from you.
